Stress Relieve：It is used to relieve the stress after rough machining and finishing or after the mold is used in mass production. This process can improve mold processing accuracy and resistance to aging change and mold life.Vacuum Heat Treatment：High pressure cooling quenching with highest pressure 12 bar and tempering treatment. Heat Treatment is crucial in the mold-making process of all kinds of mold including plastic mold, cold work mold, and hot work mold.
Vacuum Low-Pressure Nitriding：surface treatment to increase the following
• adhesive wear resistance of mold for injecting reinforced plastic
• fatigue cracking resistance of die casting mold
• surface thermal wear resistance of forging mold
• cold welding effect resistance of deep drawing mold
Service Application
• Large size of BOHLER hot work steel：forging mold/ die casting mold (1.2344/W302/W403/W360)• BOHLER cold work steel/high-speed steel：Fine blanking tool (K105/K340/K360/S600/S290/S390/S690...)
• BOHLER martensitic stainless steel：plastic mold for electronic parts or PET preform (M333/2083/M310/M303/M340/M390)
